A high-quality inflatable boat begins with superior raw materials. Hull strength, tube durability, and overall boat lifespan are all closely related to material selection and supply chain management. Selected marine-grade raw materials
We use high-standard marine-grade fiberglass and marine-grade aluminum alloy to ensure that the hull has excellent structural strength, corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
High-quality PVC or Hypalon (CSM) materials can be provided according to customer requirements. All fabrics have excellent UV resistance, abrasion resistance, salt spray resistance, and aging resistance, making them suitable for long-term marine use.
Professional marine-grade adhesives, valves, air chamber baffles, and hardware are used to ensure that the tubes are firmly bonded and the overall structure is safe and reliable.

Design and load calculation
Based on the boat's size, purpose, and customer requirements, engineers conduct structural design and precisely calculate the maximum load, buoyancy distribution, and power matching to ensure the hull has good stability and safety.
Material Selection
Choose appropriate hull and pontoon materials based on the usage environment and budget, including fiberglass boat(FRP) or aluminum boat, and PVC or Hypalon (CSM) tube materials.
Bottom hull manufacturing
• Fiberglass hull: Fiberglass and resin are laid in a mold, cured, and then demolded.
• Aluminum hull: The hull structure is assembled using CNC cutting and precision welding processes.
• After molding, the hull undergoes comprehensive grinding and surface treatment to ensure structural strength and aesthetic quality.
Tube Manufacturing
The tube material is first precisely cut using laser or CNC equipment, and then different processes are applied depending on the material type:
· PVC tubes: manufactured using hot-melt welding technology;
· Hypalon (CSM) tubes: manufactured using hand-gluing process.
Each tube adopts a multi-chamber design and undergoes preliminary airtightness testing.
Accessory Installation
Install components such as the console, seat, fuel tank, control system, and outboard motor bracket, and complete personalized configurations according to customer requirements.
